Use this form to nominate an individual for the Do The Right Thing Quarterly Award. Nominations should focus on individuals who exhibit high standards of performance, customer service, skills, or teamwork with respect to fiscal roles and duties. Quarterly Awards are based on one, or both, of the following (1) Innovation and Efficiency and (2) Outstanding Achievement.

If the accomplishment is characterized by both Innovation and Efficiency as well as by Outstanding Achievement, it is permissible to select both categories. Recognizes accomplishments that identify and implement new procedures, processes, or ideas that:

streamline fiscal operations;
improve current fiscal procedures, processes;
and/or save time, money, or other resources
Generate additional revenues

without reducing the quality of services related to fiscal roles and duties.

Oustanding Achievement

Recognizes performance that:

has been above and beyond the call of duty
displayed exemplary work by solving a major problem or meeting the needs of the University community
is performed consistently in an outstanding and exemplary manner

in relation to fiscal roles and duties.
