Bluezone Emulator Set-Up Instructions by Browser Type

Note: A common reason for experiencing installation difficulties is that a user has insufficient access privileges to his/her machine for loading software. If you experience difficulties installing BlueZone, contact your IT Department. They can help you determine if your problem is an access privilege issue, or something else. If it is an access issue, they can install BlueZone for you. Campus IT Department contacts are listed on the BlueZone Troubleshooting page.

Browser Type

**Internet Explorer [IE]

**Windows XP Service Pack 2 [with IE 6.0]

**Netscape [and browsers other than IE, including Firefox]

** When you install BlueZone the first time, a short-cut icon is automatically created on your desktop that can be used in the future to launch each BlueZone session.
