Medical Devices: Faculty Inventors, the Tech Transfer Office and IP Protection, Thursday, October 3

Presented by the CU Technology Transfer Office (TTO) and the Colorado Alliance for BioEngineering (CAB), join us for the third in a monthly series of intellectual property and business seminars for the biotech research community.

This seminar will focus on a hypothetical fact pattern involving a faculty inventor of a medical device. The participants will role-play the interactions between a faculty inventor, the Technology Transfer Office, and Patent counsel to tease out significant considerations for faculty inventors. This will be followed by discussion and questions from seminar attendees.
