Time is running out!

CU Shared Practices (CUSP), is going strong in 2014. We’ve had some great ideas submitted – you can view those under the 2014 Submissions heading – and we have more coming in daily.  The program period ends at midnight on April 30th, though, so if you’ve got good ideas, share them now!

So what happens next?  If you submit to CUSP prior to the deadline, your idea will be sent to our vetting committee for consideration.  If approved, your idea will be posted to the website, and you’ll be invited to do a short presentation highlighting your submission before the CUSP voting body at a meeting at system administration offices on Monday, May 19th.

Voting will take place after those presentations.  In mid-June, we’ll hold our annual CUSP expo, where you’ll have yet another opportunity to showcase your ideas to your fellow employees (and perhaps some visting dignitaries). Awards will be announced at the expo, and those cash prizes that we love to talk about will be handed out at that time.

Stay tuned for more great ideas, and thanks again to all who’ve helped to make CUSP a success.  Remember – whether your idea was posted or not, we applaud your efforts in thinking of ways to improve your work processes and promote efficiency at CU!
