The Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) recently announced changes in the expiration dates for both individual and firm Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licenses.
For license renewals, the changes are as follows:
CPA Firms: Renewal date is now August 31, 2014
Current Individual Renewal Date: May 31, 2012
Next Individual Renewal Date: November 30, 2013
CPA license holders who renew on May 31st will receive a license that is valid until November 30, 2013.

On Wednesday, September 14, we launched our inaugural session of NASBA-sponsored continuing professional education for certified public accountants (CU CPEs for CPAs), and had great participation!
